License Agreement

1. Overview

This License Agreement defines the terms under which you may use digital products purchased from CodeVyapaar. By purchasing and downloading a product, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

2. License Types

CodeVyapaar offers the following license types for digital products:

2.1 Regular License

The Regular License allows you to:

• Use the product in one personal or commercial project
• Modify the product to fit your project requirements
• Use the product for personal or client work (single end product)

The Regular License does NOT allow:

• Reselling or redistributing the product
• Using the product in multiple projects (requires additional licenses)
• Including the product in another product for sale
• Transferring the license to another party

2.2 Extended License

The Extended License allows you to:

• Use the product in unlimited personal or commercial projects
• Modify and adapt the product freely
• Use the product for client work across multiple projects
• Include the product as part of a larger commercial offering

The Extended License does NOT allow:

• Reselling or redistributing the product as a standalone item
• Listing the product on other marketplaces
• Transferring the license to another party

3. General License Terms

3.1 Grant of License

Upon purchase, CodeVyapaar grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the product in accordance with the license type purchased.

3.2 Ownership

The product remains the intellectual property of the author/seller. You receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

3.3 Modifications

You may modify the product to suit your needs. However, modified versions remain subject to this license agreement and may not be resold or redistributed.

3.4 Support & Updates

Product support and updates are provided at the discretion of the author. CodeVyapaar does not guarantee ongoing support or updates for any product.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. License termination occurs upon refund issuance.

4. Prohibited Uses

Under no circumstances may you:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product
• Remove copyright notices or attribution
• Use the product in violation of applicable laws
• Use the product to create a competing marketplace
• Include the product in a "free download" website

5. License Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the product and cease all use immediately.

6. Third-Party Components

Products may include third-party components (libraries, fonts, images) that are subject to their own licenses. It is your responsibility to comply with those licenses.
