CodeVyapaar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how to report copyright infringement on our platform in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Filing a Takedown Request

If you believe that content on CodeVyapaar infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice with the following information:

• Identification of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) of the infringing content on CodeVyapaar
• Your contact information: Full name, address, phone number, and email address
• Statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
• Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Physical or electronic signature: Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• Your consent to local jurisdiction
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices should be sent to the same email address above. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant, who may file a lawsuit within 14 business days. If no lawsuit is filed, the content will be restored.

CodeVyapaar has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Users who are found to infringe copyright on multiple occasions will have their accounts permanently terminated and all their products removed.

6. False Claims

Filing a false DMCA claim is a violation of federal law and may result in legal liability for damages. We take false claims seriously and may pursue legal action against claimants who knowingly submit false takedown requests.

7. Seller Responsibility

Sellers on CodeVyapaar are solely responsible for ensuring that their products do not infringe on any third-party copyrights. By listing a product, the seller warrants that they own or have the right to sell the product.
