Intellectual Property Policy

1. Overview
This Intellectual Property Policy defines the ownership rights of content and products on CodeVyapaar. It covers templates, source code, graphics, videos, logos, and all other digital assets available on our platform.
2. Ownership of Products
2.1 Source Code
All source code products (PHP scripts, JavaScript apps, Python scripts, etc.) sold on CodeVyapaar remain the intellectual property of the original author/seller. Buyers receive a license to use the code as defined by the product's license terms (Regular or Extended), not ownership of the code itself.
2.2 Templates & Themes
Website templates, WordPress themes, and HTML templates are owned by their respective authors. Buyers may modify and use the template for their projects but may not resell or redistribute the template itself.
2.3 Graphics & Design Assets
Graphic assets (icons, illustrations, UI kits, logos) are licensed to the buyer for use in their projects. The buyer may not:
- Resell the graphics as standalone products
- Include them in other stock/marketplace offerings
- Claim original authorship
2.4 Videos & Media
Video tutorials, motion graphics, and other media products are licensed for the buyer's personal or commercial projects. Redistribution or resale of the media files is prohibited.
2.5 Logos & Branding
Logo templates sold on CodeVyapaar are provided as templates. Buyers may customize and use the logo for their brand. However, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the logo does not infringe on any existing trademarks.
3. CodeVyapaar Brand Assets
The CodeVyapaar name, logo, brand identity, and all associated assets are the exclusive property of CodeVyapaar. Users may not:
- Use the CodeVyapaar logo or name without written permission
- Create derivative brands that mimic CodeVyapaar's identity
- Use CodeVyapaar's branding to imply endorsement or partnership
4. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they create on CodeVyapaar (reviews, comments, profile information). By posting content, users grant CodeVyapaar a non-exclusive license to display and use that content on the platform.
5. Seller Warranties
By listing a product on CodeVyapaar, the seller warrants that:
- They are the original creator or have legal rights to sell the product
- The product does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
- All bundled third-party assets (libraries, images, fonts) are properly licensed
- The product does not contain GPL-incompatible code unless disclosed
6. Reporting IP Violations
If you believe a product on CodeVyapaar violates your intellectual property rights, please file a DMCA takedown request or contact us with details of the violation.
